Lavender Chamomile

My go to after a long day with the kids or at work and I want to unwind and relax. These two essential oils are by far my favorite combination since lavender has anti- inflammatory and anti-fungal properties that promote skin healing while Chamomile has antibacterial properties with flavonoids that can fight free radicals. Both together ensure your skin cells remain healthy and are not challenged by bacteria. Lavender also is a fragrance that is sure to mesmerize you, relax and improve your mood while chamomile has copious amounts of glycine, an amino acid that reduces tension and supports a healthy nervous system. Oatmeal & Honey

An all time favorite when it comes to soothing and ingredients. This combination is heaven sent with colloidal Oatmeal is considered an emollient a substance that softens skin because it packs fats , proteins, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients shown to benefit the skin. Honey is a humectant which helps your skin absorb and retain moisture which keeps it from drying out. Honey is packed with natural antioxidants and anti-microbial properties which help protect, repair and prevent skin damage while also calming the skin

How to use:

Rinse with Luke warm water the area you wish to exfoliate. Take 1-3 tbs in the palm of your hand and message onto skin with gentle circular motions. Rinse and enjoy your silky, smooth and new glowing skin.
